Teresa Gonçalves

Teresa Gonçalves (https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9347-0535) is an Associate Professor at FMUC and Group Leader of the Medical Microbiology Research Group at CNC/CIBB, at the University of Coimbra. Her main focus in research has been in the medical mycology area, on strategies of fungal cells to cope with phagocytosis and on the screening of novel antimicrobials. She is currently interested in studying the impact of fungal EVs in infection and in fungal sensitization and allergy.
